IPL is proudly teaming up with Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai to initiate the first phase of installation which consists of over 800 villas. This will result in it being one of the world’s biggest fully smart home driven property developers. With this project that anticipates a 5 year completion period, IPL will also be further rolled out to a 2nd project in Oman, currently under negotiation for the second phase under the same group of Majid Al Futtaim.

Moving out of Verge by APT in 2020, IPL’s new model apartment was shifted to Avenue Apartments, Colombo 04. This apartment boasts the range of version 2 Kasper hardware devices and our highly engineered main boards. The version 2 of the Kasper app has also been tested and integrated in this apartment.

We chose to venture out into the local market by approaching potential corporate clients while perfecting our automation system. Discussions followed with the relevant parties and developers relating to the project, however the construction was deemed too ahead of the proposed timelines.

In 2018, the first IPL installation took place in an apartment at Verge by APT, Sri Lanka. This apartment was used to wire and install Kasper hardware devices, test the system and the app and also served as our official model apartment for clients to experience automation for themselves.
